Our Story

Born from a
refusal to settle.

Off The X Daiquiri Shop started with one question: why do most daiquiris taste like they were made by committee? The answer was obvious — nobody was treating the drink with the seriousness it deserved.

We opened our doors on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard with a simple philosophy: fresh citrus, quality spirits, and recipes that respect the craft. Every lime is squeezed the same morning. Every recipe is tested until it's right. Every guest gets the same attention we'd give our own table.

Today, we're known across Dallas for cocktails that take themselves seriously without taking themselves too seriously. The X stands for the variable you can't predict — the moment a drink becomes something more than the sum of its parts.
